Our first class back, so we return to fundamentals. This class has twists, a bit of gentle core engagement, and some short flows. A block can be useful under the hips when we sit back on our heels or for supporting the hip in pigeon pose. As per some of these other classes, we make it to savasana, and the camera takes a break, too. Please include a 10 minute savasana if you can.
