​With a focus on the hips we discuss comfort zones, knowing what's true to ours, and expanding the reach of what might fit in it. There's a deliberate long hold of shoelace pose (gomukhasana) at the start, which you're welcome to join us for. Consider a block under your hips if that makes the pose nicer for you.
