This program gives you what the driving range can't: a fuller shoulder turn, better coiling, and the ability to maintain your swing for 18 holes. Join other golfers who use these classes to add distance to their drives and reduce injury risk. You can:
You can work around your schedule: a 10-minute hip stretch session before your round, deepen your coiling with some of the 15-minute twist classes, or use the recovery classes (yin yoga) to eliminate next-day stiffness. There's also Dr. Ferguson's Golf Planner, which is a downloadable workbook for those developing the mental side of their game.
