Most golfers aren't getting the distance from their clubs. You could spend $1200 on a new driver, or you could address what's actually limiting your distance: how well your body rotates.

The online membership gives you what the driving range can't: a fuller shoulder turn, better coiling, and the ability to maintain your swing for 18 holes. 

Yoga Online works around your schedule. You can do a 10-minute hip stretch session before your round, find better coiling with some of the 15-minute twist classes, or use the recovery classes (yin yoga) to eliminate next-day stiffness.

Regular practice can:
  • Increase rotation through your hips and shoulders for a more powerful swing
  • Strengthen and stabilise your core, supporting your entire game
  • Give relief from lower back pain 
  • Speed recovery between rounds 

​There's also Dr. Ferguson's Golf Planner, which is a downloadable workbook for those developing the mental side of their game. Dr. Ferguson also works with clients privately for golf mobility and core strength. Classes are NZD$200/session for up to 4 people. See the link at the top of this page to find out more.
