This three day program weaves together movement, stretch and meditation classes for a well-rounded weekend retreat. Take some well deserved time for yourself — beginning with a Friday evening yoga flow, then a calming morning meditation and afternoon yoga practice on Saturday, followed by gentle morning breath work and supportive evening yoga on Sunday.
