Join me over the holiday season for live, in-person yoga classes. We'll be doing 1-hour gentle vinyasa on the following dates. I can position you in the room so you're not seen in the camera if that's your preference. ALL CLASSES 7.30-8.30 am.
Plan to arrive at 7.20 am and bring a yoga mat:
