​Whip yourself into shape any time of year. We'll use basic yoga poses in a circuit-training format to get your heart pumping a bit harder. If you're feeling perky, try doing two rounds of this class.

Straight to the Core

​Let's work on stabilising and strengthening your core. Variations are offered so that you can start where you are and build your way up.

Quick Core Flow 1

Picture
​A 15 minute class to build some heat in the body. You'll start gently, going over where and how to contract the muscles, and then you'll flow through a sequence with some core work. Could be repeated 2x for a strong class.
