​This is beginner+ level. It's a slow moving class but some strength work is incorporated, so if you're getting back into the practice after a pause or are new at this, you might like something gentler than this one. Having said that, it's a great one for building strength gently, using your body weight for resistance. One block or kitchen wooden spoon needed as a prop.
