Yoga Break *30 mins*
Take a pause in your day with this 30 minute vinyasa class. We'll start with some baby backbends, a gentle wringing out of the body, and some great side-bends. Runner's lunge mid-way and a reclined hamstring stretch makes this class perfect for anyone with tight hamstrings. We move slowly enough that beginners will feel welcome, but there's definitely some moments when we build heat. PS. Basse, the office dog, comes by. Did you spot her?
