Summer Body Yoga

​Whip yourself into shape any time of year. We'll use basic yoga poses in a circuit-training format to get your heart pumping a bit harder. If you're feeling perky, try doing two rounds of this class.

Straight to the Core

​Let's work on stabilising and strengthening your core. Variations are offered so that you can start where you are and build your way up.

Quick Core Flow 1

​A 15 minute class to build some heat in the body. You'll start gently, going over where and how to contract the muscles, and then you'll flow through a sequence with some core work. Could be repeated 2x for a strong class.

Core Conditoning

Yoga circuit training that targets the torso and builds heat EVERYWHERE. It's fun, I promise, and you'll be building strength rapidly with this efficient series. Add it to Summer Body for double the ka-pow!

Energiser Bunny

​Time for some strength work in the arms, shoulders, and core. This quick class builds heat using functional yoga shapes and slow reps. Add it to the back of another strength or flow class from this site. No props needed.

​Block Party

​Explore a handful of ways you can challenge your core and unlock your strength for yoga. You're most welcome to stack this class with any other on the site or to repeat it 2x for extra wham factor.
