Not sure where to start? Out of 230+ on-demand classes it can be daunting. We looked at the analytics, and noticed a few favourites pop up. They're listed first. Then, scroll down, and you'll find some playlists for a few of our long-term members. Maybe their curation will introduce you to a new favourite class. Once you become a member you can return to this page to play these classes or explore the whole library and find your own favourites.

Everyone's Favourites
It takes a village, and that's true of this site as much as elsewhere. These are the classes that our members -- you perhaps -- come back to time and again. We've put them in a playlist so that you can discover the most popular classes on the site.
Jen's Favourites
Jen helps run a large company as well as raising two wonderful young humans. She's also a great friend, daughter, and wife. She's the brains behind the addition of a search bar on this site (at the bottom of every page). Thanks to her, you can search for "backbend" or "relax" to see what classes come up. Here are her go-to classes right now.
David's Favourites
David was one of the first members of Yoga Online. In his words, "I’ve been using Yoga Online for more than eight years now. Every week day I get up early, have a coffee then do a class. It’s the one time of the day that I’m on my own, and it’s great to something positive, proactive, and for me before the work day begins. My top 5 classes in no particular order are: ‘Yoga for Jet Lag’, ‘Twist Anytime Flow’, ‘No Props? No Problem 1’, ‘Enter the Dragon’ and if I can spare 30 mins ‘Ground Control’. It’s a great start to a work day."
Claire's Favourites
Claire is the mother of a pre-schooler and a primary schooler, and her work and hobbies see her at a desk and screen for a lot of the day. Since joining the site in August 2020 she's used "The Antidote to Texting" as her go-to for back, shoulder and neck pain brought on by computing and childcare. "Better than painkillers," she says! She especially enjoys the shorter sessions which she can sneak in around her busy day, or the prop-free ones which she can do in a spare meeting room in the office during quieter times.
